Bolthouse changed the juice business and now is changing the dressing business. This refrigerated dressing is one of the best I've tasted. Not gummy. The reason? It's made with yogurt as the first ingredient not cottonseed or canola oil. It's very fresh tasting. Just 20 calories per tablespoon, 1 gram of fat, 75 mg of sodium and 2 grams of sugars. Now with Campbell's resources behind them, the sky is the limit for this brand, as long as they stay true to their recipes and direction. One note, I do find the Dijon Mustard overpowering the other flavors including the yogurt and balsamic vinegar.
