These are delicious. With a crunch that is perfect and a mild flavor, these could become my go-to snack. 20 crisps are 120 calories, 6 grams of fat, 150 mg of sodium, 3 grams of protein and no sugars. Baked and gluten-free. Unlike so many other snacks that use sea salt, these are not salty at all. Eat plain or what I did was to also try them on top of a salad.
