Caulipower? Seriously? OK you win, I guess its a great name for a pizza with a cauliflower crust. The cheese is a blend of white cheddar and mozzarella (just like Elio's in NY) and a bit of parmesan and delicious. The sauce has a great tomato taste. The crust cooked up nice and crispy and not hard. A great alternative for Gluten Free without any compromises. Half a pie is 380 calories, 18 grams of fat, 16 grams of protein - BUT 650 mg of sodium. Ugh.
