I love these! The perfect size. Perfect parmesan taste. Just 14 month aged parmesan cheese that is then formed in these crisps that are light, not greasy at all. 15 crisps, and you WILL want to eat more, are 100 calories, 7 grams of fat, no sugar, 9 grams of protein - but does have 300 mg of sodium which I wish was a bit lower. You will snack on them, add them to a salad, grilled veggies or soup.
