As you know by now, my favorite is chocolate with at least 70% cacao, but this chocolate is an exception! The combination of 41% cacao (which is milk chocolate) with real strawberries (not strawberry flavor) and waffles to add crunch is spectacular! Chef Michal, the chocolatier, is brilliant. The chocolate has a beautiful smooth finish as to make you smile, each square has a different word on it - words like smile, flutter, tingle and ahh...and of course - chew, wow, chuao - which can lead to a lot of fun when you share with someone you love. Half a bar, a little under 1 1/2 ounces is 210 calories, 12 grams of fat and 20 grams of sugars. All of Chuao's chocolate is ethically sourced.
