What I really like about this Imported from Korea Chili sauce, besides one of the most beautiful and practical packages on the supermarket shelves, is the sauce is slightly thicker than others and that the burn is smooth while still being flavorful and with a great burn. Just 10 calories per teaspoon with two grams of sugars and 120 mg of sodium. The recipe includes rice flour, red peppers powder, rice syrup, cane sugar and rice wine - it is a terrific balance between spicy,sweet and rich. I would like to see a Scoville rating on the package.This is now a mainstay in my fridge.
