Interesting product. Coconut oil based mayonnaise. They claim it is a fresher taste, I would say its just a different tasting mayo - and certainly worth trying. Sustainably produced palm oil with many organic ingredients including eggs. About 10 grams of fat in a tablespoon with 90 calories, no trans fats and just 75 mg of sodium. Very expensive.
