A very clever idea. Take thinly sliced mozzarella cheese and hot sopressata pork salame and roll them together. Convenient. Cute. Tasty! I was a little disappointed that the salame wasn't that spicy. One package, or 6 panino, is just 350 calories, 25 grams of fat and 26 grams of protein. But the problem is 1280 mg of sodium! Would also like to see them use pork without sodium nitrites or nitrates. About a buck per roll up.
