Wow! This is one of - if not the best - frozen pizzas you can buy. The toppings are in the perfect proportion - and delicious. The cheese is a blend of Whole Milk Mozzarella, Unsmoked Provolone, Parmesan and Romano. And not too much to take over the whole pizza! The uncured piccante salami is the best I've ever tasted on a pizza and does not contain nitrates or nitrites or antibiotics. The sausage is pork sausage. The pizza cooked perfectly on the first try - just 18 minutes from frozen in the oven. The crisp crust is thin and tasty - it's not there to just hold the ingredients. 1/4 of the pizza, about 4 1/2 ounces, is 340 calories, 19 grams of fat, 16 grams of protein and 900 mg of sodium. I would like to see that lowered a bit. This is one GREAT pizza.
