Now this is a protein bar! 20 grams of protein in just 140 calories and 2 grams of sugars. It does have a little too much sodium clocking in at 370 mg. Made from beef, pork, beef stock, brown sugar and spices. No artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. No MSG, nitrates, nitrites, added antibiotics or growth hormones. And to top it off, it tastes great! The smoke flavor is perfect. My only comment is, like most jerkys, it’s a tiny bit tough - I'd like to see this bar a little thinner and I think it would be easier to eat. And a bit expensive.
