Here's a different take on mini sausages - imported from Canada. These are about one inch long pork sausages with a clean label. The smoke is a little stronger than the "super hot" they claim. I hate when someone puts on their label - Award Winning - without telling us what the award is. Doesn't make sense. Again, for my taste, a little too tough - the casing is too thick and gets in the way of me enjoying - I have to work to hard to chew these. 4 minis are 110 calories, 10 grams of fat, no sugars, 5 grams of protein and wait for it...300 mg of sodium. Who is going to eat just 4 of these?
