Clever idea. Not for the microwave. You cook the macaroni, then stir in the Cracker Barrel cheese sauce - its not one of those powders, but a real sauce and then sprinkle on the real bacon chips. This is indulgence - a 3.5 oz portion a little more than a third of the box is 310 calories, 11 grams of fat, 14 grams of protein and 3 grams of sugars. Problem in it also has 860 mg of sodium, and it does taste too salty; a little from the bacon and a lot from the cheese sauce. The box is the right size portion for two people so multiply those numbers even higher.
