Just in time for New Years and SuperBowl, these chicken "nuggets" are perfect for parties as well as a main dish over rice or vegetables. They cook up nice and tender with a crisp outside and the sauce packet is just right, not too sweet as so many are. 5 ounces are 260 calories, 7 grams of fat, 13 grams of protein, but 500 mg of sodium and 14 grams of sugars - my suggestion is to serve plain and give your guests a choice of dipping sauces including some lower calorie ones.
