'Colorado-Style' Southern Chow Chow is a HIT!
Chow Chow is basically a relish unique to North America. This one is spicy and has a great clean burn. Green and red bell peppers, tomatillos, onions and spices. Just ten calories a tablespoon with 1 gram of sugars and 100 mg of sodium. I'd love to add Chow Chow to a burger or on top of fish. Or just eat it with chips!
