Only 25 calories per bar, and the flavor of the roobios tea comes through loud and clear. The mango? Not so much. Zero fat, zero sodium and just 7 grams of naturally occurring sugars from the fruit and coconut nectar. Organic and gluten-free. This is a great way to train your kids' taste buds away from those other sugary artificial ice pops. I do have a complaint though, the 4 bars in the box only take up about half the space, so even though you know there are only 4 bars inside, you kinda feel ripped off. That is until you taste it!
