This is a pleasant surprise this bar is not chewy and it’s delicious. Made with a recipe of grass fed bison as well as dates, coconut, garlic, onion, horseradish and green peppers many of which are organic. This will definitely satisfy. One note - its says on the package front that it is low sodium, which technically it is - the Federal Reg is 140 mg or less and this has 140 mg - so its legal, but I'd like to see it lower. One bar is 160 calories, 8 grams of fat, 140 mg of sodium, 3 grams of sugars and 14 grams of protein. All in all - this is a true hit.
