Cool idea. Apple sauce mixed with red raspberry juice and chunks of apples. Very tasty and just 80 calories per cup. 15 grams of naturally occurring and added sugars - but doesn't taste overly sweet. No artificial colors or flavors and GMO free, important to note as there are now genetically engineered apples on the market. Doesn't require refrigeration so perfect for kid and adult lunch boxes. Imported from Thailand.
