Let me start by saying their recipe for the vegan cheese is actually great. Their gluten free pasta is made from both corn and rice flour so it doesn't get mushy like all the rice pastas. One 2.5 ounce serving - before you add the other ingredients (more coming on that!) is 260 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 0 sugars, 4 grams of protein and 360 mg of sodium. This takes a lot of work. Add a buttery-type spread and non-dairy milk. Then cook the pasta and stir in the ingredients and cheese flavor package. Too much work. How about making it frozen and all we have to do is heat it up?
