Organic Edamame Spaghetti is a HIT!
The only ingredient is soybeans and maybe that's why, along with the thin cut of spaghetti, this pasta really cooks well and tastes great. Not gummy like some of the other non-wheat pastas that are out there. A 2 ounce portion is 180 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, 3 grams of naturally occurring sugars - NO sodium (yay!) and get this - 24 grams of protein. 20 grams of carbs of which 13 are dietary fiber. Want to eat healthy and delicious? This is the way to go - but remember - be smart on the sauce - my recommendation (and the way I tasted after I tried it plain) was just with canned crushed tomatoes and was great.
