Imagine this. Take a flat tortilla, add pepperoni then 100% mozzarella cheese and roll it up egg roll style - the proportion of cheese, pepperoni and wrap is great. Microwave 2 roll ups for less than a minute and you have a great tasting snack with lots and lots of cheese. Or you can bake the entire package for just 15 minutes. Baking came out crispier and that's what I would recommend. They even include a 3 oz frozen packet of tomato sauce which is tasty, but I added some spice to give it some zing! Each roll up with sauce is 168 calories, 8 grams of fat, 385 mg of sodium and 6 grams of protein. Where was this for Super Bowl? Imported from Mexico.
