So what's a lingonberry? A Swedish member of the blueberry and cranberry plant family and is absolutely delicious! This jam contains sugar, 38% lingonberries and 10% blueberries which gives it a terrific balance of flavor. One tablespoon is 35 calories and 8 grams of sugars. It is sweet! I tasted it plain and on top of vanilla ice cream - and I would suggest both! Expensive.
