What can I say? Imported dairy products are all the rage, and frankly I wish more American brands would replicate their farming practices and recipes. This butter, Imported from Finland is terrific. Smooth, just slightly salty and really tastes fresh. Just pasteurized cream and salt. One tablespoon is 11 grams of fat, and 80 mg of sodium. Enjoy, I know you will. Expensive.
