I grew up in the cheese business, so I'm tough on "cheese alternatives" but this one, imported from Greece is really good. Same texture as provolone with a mild provolone flavor. One slice is 4 1/2 grams of fat, 180 mg of sodium with no protein or sugars. At first bite there is a very mild hint of the coconut oil but that dissipates quickly. If you are trying to avoid dairy this is a product you should try. Great for sprinkling on a salad.
