The package is clever but a bit misleading and inside is a pouch - take two tablespoons, add 1/2 cup of cold water and whisk and that's the equivalent of one egg. The entire package makes a dozen eggs. I'd like to see the pouch resealable as I doubt many will make all dozen at once. Made from algae flour and protein. How does it taste? Surprisingly good. I ate plain and as a cheese omelet. I'd probably add a bit of spices next time. 1.5 grams of fat, 110 mg of sodium, 1 gram of protein. About 5 times more than a dozen eggs would cost.
