It's been years since I've had fondue, but around holiday time it's a perfect way to entertain and have fun. This fondue is made with a base of brie, with a Chablis wine reduction and spices. It microwaves in just 4 minutes. The traditional fondue is made with Gruyere so this offers up a different taste and frankly I prefer the Gruyere flavor; or of course a chocolate fondue. Two tablespoons which is probably the equivalent of 2 one inch pieces of bread or meat, and doesn't include the nutritionals for those, is 70 calories, 6 grams of fat and 4 grams of protein, so if you do fondue, fondue sparingly.
