This is one terrific snack. You can see all the great ingredients - almonds, coconut, Macadamia nuts, cashews and a terrific tasting chocolate. Fair Trade certified sugar and cocoa. It's a soft bar, not crunchy and delicious. 220 calories per bar with 16 grams of fat, 11 grams of sugars 4 grams of protein and just 25 mg of sodium. Indulgent with a bent towards health - there is a reason this company is called "Food Should Taste Good" - I'd change it to "Food That Tastes Great"!
