8000 mg of Omega-3s, 3000 mg of Omega-6s. Contains high lignan phytoestrogens which exhibit estrogenic properties. Tastes great, for those who are not flax oil familiar, it will taste a bit different than say olive oil, but oh so much better nutritionally that you've got to try this. It does have a much lower smoke point so I wouldn't recommend using for cooking but rather as a dressing or to make a great alio olio with a little garlic on top of pasta. As with all oils it's 125 calories and 14 grams of fat.
