Gluten Free is a HIT!
This is one terrific pizza, forget that it is gluten-free! Cooked perfectly in the oven for 13 minutes. The cheese is a blend of mozzarella, asiago, fontina and parmesan - I do think the asiago overpowers the others just a little bit. The sauce is made from crushed tomatoes and tastes nice and fresh - however a bit bland. My recommendation is to add crushed pepper flakes to add some zip - or even sautee some veggies or other toppings and add to the pizza after it is cooked. The thin crust is remarkable for a gluten-free pizza, and you won't even know it is gluten-free. One quarter of the pie, which is a very large slice is 320 calories, 13 grams of fat, 9 grams of sugars and 13 grams of protein. Does have 680 mg of sodium, which as I'm sure you know, I wish was lower.
