I just love a great soft ripened cheese - and now, this is my favorite! The cheese is delicious by itself, but then they added tuber melanosporum (or black truffles) and the very rare brumale truffle which has very strong aroma and flavor with a musky/nutty note. This is indulgence at its best! One ounce is 90 calories, 9 grams of fat and 4 grams of protein. Try this and you'll have a hard time going back to eating plain brie again. Don't compromise the flavor by putting on a cracker - just eat it off the knife....or with your fingers. Imported from France (of course).
