Whey Protein Bar is a HIT!
This is all about the protein - 20 grams of it. The bar itself is a little sticky, but the flavor is good. This is clearly marketed to those Gatorade athletic aficionados. They've actually lowered the sugars from their original recipe which is a good thing. One bar is 220 calories, 7 grams of fat, 120 mg of sodium (why?), 23 grams of carbs 9 grams of sugars - of which 8 are added sugars and 20 grams of protein.
