Yes, this is "crawler" food - 1/4 of a carrot, 1/4 cup of pasta & rice and 2 teaspoonful of chicken all mushed up and ready to serve as is or microwave. 1 cup is 4.5 grams of fat, only 50 mg of sodium and 4 grams each of sugars and protein. What I love about Gerber is their 24 hour parents help line - and it offers a l lot of great info not just about nutrition and foods. One note is that I do find the photo a little misleading as this is certainly more than 2 teaspoonfuls of chicken.
