This really isn't bad tasting at all. If they just could have had a recipe without artificial ingredients. The coffee flavor is nice and rich and the caramel is just a note that disappears rather quickly. 155 mg of caffeine per container and 170 calories, 9 grams of protein and just 3.5 grams of fat. But here's the bad news: 310 mg of sodium and a whopping 24 grams of sugars! Just saying 100% arabica coffee is meaningless - what's the origin?
