It's July and that means it's Ice Cream Month! Graeter's continues to be among my favorite ice cream brands. Their French pot handcrafted continues to produce among the smoothest, creamiest and most flavorful ice creams out there. This one has eggs, pastry pieces, icing flakes and cheese culture. It's light tasting and frankly delicious. One half cup is 290 calories, 19 grams of fat, 23 grams of sugars and 3 grams of protein. For those gluten-free folks out there, it does contain wheat flour.
