This is a thicker sauce than you are probably used to - and it's sweet from the added honey, brown sugar and sugar. But not too sweet, only has 5 grams of sugars and 30 calories in 2 tablespoons. The one surprise is that while I do taste the smoke flavor I do not taste the Habanero at all, they do say its a medium heat - but it's not even close to that. Maybe because the last ingredient is ground Habanero? They say to brush on in the last few minutes of grilling, but remember sugars will burn, so wait till the last possible moment.
