March is Frozen Food Month, so we are celebrating, and rating all frozen foods this week! Wow! This could be sinful! A one ounce serving (there are eight in this tin) is 12 grams of fat and 5 grams of sugars - but they are the most delicious fat and sugars you've ever had. I tasted this right out of the freezer and the consistency is perfect. It's like eating the most chocolatey gooey brownie you've ever had, but its 60% bittersweet chocolate, butter, pasteurized eggs, whipping cream and pure cane sugar - that's it! It is gluten free and is perfect to start or end (or both) any dinner party. I could see having this with a great glass of champagne at the start, or with a glass of cognac at the end (or both!) I know I said that already. Seriously, run to your store's freezer case and buy this. It is expensive but worth every penny.
