I have to be frank - the one and only Komodo food truck is arguably the best food truck in the nation, and they actually opened up a sit down restaurant a block or so from our office here in Santa Monica, so I was skeptical when they partnered with Hot Pockets to bring there signature dish to the freezer case. I was wrong - but wait there's more. They cook up perfectly with the beef tender and the spice just right. The outside cooked nice and crisp in the microwave. 5 pieces are 160 calories, 7 grams of fat, 2 grams of sugars and 4 grams of protein - but the sodium is a bit high at 580 mg. The interesting twist is they use beef crumbles and that keeps it tender. Great for parties.
