Pizza is a HIT!
This is a very clever and delicious concept. Two square pizzas, a little less than 6 inches each, on a crust made of a recipe of whole sprouted grains of red wheat berries, quinoa, oat grouts, rye berries, barley, amaranth, millet and wheat. Tasty and nutritious. The tomato sauce is very good, although I do like mine spicy, so after tasting I added some hot pepper flakes and the cheese is a blend of 5 cheeses that melted perfectly. One pizza is 260 calories, 9 grams of fat, just 2 grams of sugars with a whopping 16 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber. Add some veggies and you have a great lunch or just eat as is for a satisfying snack. Bake in the oven for about 7 minutes. In the refrigerated case.
