Sriracha Fire Sticks is a HIT!

March is Frozen Food Month, so we are celebrating, and rating all frozen foods this week! These chicken sticks are NOT for kids. They are hot! In fact the burn is perfect balance. I love the "heat meter" they put on the package front. I also love the taste! Ian's is using cage free white meat chicken that is juicy and tender. I Actually cut open the whole grain gluten free breading to try the chicken by itself! Delicious....but eat with the breading for a delightful treat. No need for any dipping sauce - great on their own. Now the bad part. The cooking instructions say to put 5 on a paper towel and microwave - but there is only 8 sticks per package - what about the other 3? And the nutritional facts label says a serving is 4 sticks. The chef did a great job! The package designer, not so good. Each stick is 55 calories, 3 grams of fat, 120 mg of sodium and 2 grams of protein.
