Extra Hot Sriracha Mustard is a HIT!

This mustard is all about the heat. Wow! A terrific blend of red jalapeño, red chili, green jalapeño, cayenne, and ancho peppers. The aroma is even hot and full of flavor. I do wish there was a little less sugar and vinegar, but that would probably make it too hot for most people to enjoy. Use sparingly to start and build up the heat. To make you smile they even added some presumably Thai words on the label, but it is made right here in the US. One teaspoon is 10 calories, 105 mg of sodium and 1 gram of sugars. Once again, I'd love to see a Scoville rating on the label to help people decide if they want this intensity of heat.
