A "jitter-free" energy drink? Well, I do like their ingredients a lot better than some other energy drinks and tea is actually the first ingredient which helps deliver the 165 mg of caffeine. Also contains added caffeine, ginseng and guarana. 100 calories per can with 24 grams of sugars which is about half what you find in other energy beverages. The taste is clearly blackberry with a note from the tea. Frankly I would rather see it the other way around. USDA Certified Organic.
