I'm a bit torn on this review. Typically I find that "cheddar flavor" popcorns are too artificial tasting and heavy. This recipe actually uses buttermilk and real cheddar cheese, but even after trying a few, and shaking the bag upside down - still not enough flavor. I applaud their recipe, the popcorn is nice and crisp and fluffy. Just a bit more cheddar please. One quarter of the bag is 120 calories, 6 grams of fat, 3 grams of protein and just one gram of sugars.
