What is it with these Irish dairy farmers? Their cheese is so good. No, great. Smooth, slightly sweet this cheese is similar to an aged cheddar - but so much better. I only tasted it by itself, but cooking with it would be spectacular. I could make the best mac n' Dubliner ever! 1 ounce is 9 grams of fat, 7 grams of protein with 0 grams of sugars. Made with milk only from grass-fed cows on small family farms. Imported from Ireland.
