Kissino stands for Killer Italian Spaghetti Sauce It's Number One...if you were wondering. The recipe is actually Rocco Casino's and dates back to the turn of last century. This sauce has a nice rich and fresh taste. No sugars added. No oil added. Just tomatoes, water, wine and spices. Half a cup is just 40 calories, no fat with 2 grams of protein. It does have 420 mg of sodium, although you can't taste it. One note, I like my sauce a bit thicker - but be assured, this is one terrific pasta sauce.
