Let me start off by saying I am not an avocado or guacamole lover - but this product I found delightful. The recipe starts off with onion puree, and in addition to avocado pulp has a great blend of spices. I can see this being a staple in my kitchen and drizzling on tacos, fish, eggs, and using in recipes. One teaspoon is just 5 calories, no fat, only 35 mg of sodium, no sugars and no protein. Give it a try, especially if you are not a guac lover.
