Usually I am not a canned coffee fan; but La Colombe has changed my mind. This latte is delicious - made from cold pressed espresso and just 130 calories per can. No added sugars with 120 mg of caffeine. 4.5 grams of fat, 11 grams of naturally occurring sugars and 7 grams of protein. Lactose free and I love the top of the can innovative drinking lid.
