This is one terrific sauce! Clean authentic flavor and makes it so easy to make a Korean BBQ. First ingredient is sugar and two tablespoons are 70 calories, 14 grams of sugars and whopping 850 mgs of sodium. Use sparingly and you'll be well satisfied. Just one half gram of fat. Not only for beef, but think veggies and seafood....cook 'em up for about a minute then add the sauce and stir fry for another 2+ minutes depending on wellness.
