This chocolate is sweetened with stevia instead of sugars and the dark chocolate is delicious. The almonds are nice and crispy. It definitely is for people who like salty...for me its a bit too salty. Half a bar is 170 calories, 17 grams of fat, 4 grams of protein less than one gram of sugars. Even with the salty tastes there is only 80 mg of sodium. Fair trade chocolate. 70% cacao.
