Here's a different twist to the Jerky craze. A bit softer than jerky and actually cooked more than it shows on the package front, so turn around the bag and look thru the window. Strips of chicken, raised without antibiotics and gluten free. The ginger teriyaki is a bit too much teriyaki and not enough ginger for my taste, and is very sweet. One ounce, a little less than half a bag, is just 80 calories, 6 grams of sugars and 11 grams of protein and 400 mg of sodium. Does contain sesame seeds.
