Red Trout with Salsa Verde is a HIT!
Finally a brand that will increase consumption of fish! I love this. Just open the fish package, place on the heart shaped parchment, then place the heart shaped sauce cubes on top, fold the parchment over to cover the fish and bake in the oven. I tried 3 different varieties and they all cooked and tasted great. This red trout is similar to salmon. I love that each package is printed with the name of the farm, location, the name of the general manager, the Seafood Watch rating and expiration date. They also leave the skin on the fish to prove the species - so you are not getting the old bait and switch. Go to your store and buy this. You will be hooked.
