This week we are celebrating National Ice Cream month! I wasn't a fan of Magnum bars when they first came out, but this flavor is exceptional. Peanut butter ice cream, surrounded by chocolate sauce, then by peanut butter then milk chocolate. The recipe works and unlike the original it's not as gooey. Each bar - which is about 3 1/3 oz. has 340 calories, 25 grams of sugars 25 grams of fat and 5 grams of protein. Like to see less fat and less sugars; but this is all about taste!
